Connecting through Empathy: Strategies for Building Relationships

In this course, you’ll practice mindfully listening to build empathy and understanding. You’ll be introduced to four colleagues beginning their work together as a newly formed team. Leader Mike has asked each team member to record their answer to one simple question: What can you share with me to know you better? In return, Mike will record his answer. Mike knows that by understanding not just what someone does but who they are, he can better empathize and understand different perspectives. The goal is to build a culture of trust and psychological safety,
