Situational Awareness and Situational Humility

Tensions are high, leaving experienced leader Mike and direct report Monica in a precarious position. In this third of five episodes of Season 1 of A Lot Like Mike, Mike vents to his wife while Monica seeks coaching and feedback from her peer Sue.
