Anticipating Project Risks: Part A helps managers foresee, limit and manage risks associated with projects. Key to this process is doing it early in the planning stage and involving team members. This is an ongoing process that includes starting a risk register to help track and facilitate risk management. You will learn to organize risks according to the nature and source and to link risks with the task or objective it will affect. The next stage is to prioritize risks and plot them on a matrix that will help the team decide on how to deal with each one. This course is the first half of the Anticipating Project Risks module.
