The Situational Skills of the Manager (GB)

In workplaces of ever-greater complexity, a systems approach helps resolve issues more effectively. Learn when to recognize complex problems that require a systemic approach and how to apply it. We’ll introduce you to the basics of a systemic approach, including the definition and boundaries of a system, and how to act on a system correctly to resolve issues. By the end of this course, you’ll know which problems require a systems approach, how to broaden and challenge your perspective to handle complex problems, and how to shift your perception to see the whole picture and all its components.
