Religion, Spirituality and Beliefs in Healthcare (Employee)

As society is becoming more diverse, and people are experiencing a growing need to bring their ‚Äúwhole self” to work, the workplace acceptance and even encouragement of an individual’s religion, spirituality and belief is becoming increasingly important. This 15-minute training for healthcare employees provides an overview of religion, spirituality and beliefs in the workplace, an explanation of its associated positive effects, and some practical tips for making the workplace more inclusive of religious and spiritual expression.
This course does not meet any continued education requirements that may be required for medical professionals.
