Microaggressions in the Workplace (Healthcare)

Microaggressions are subtle or unintentional comments or actions that can have a negative impact on others and the workplace. This 15-minute training, designed for healthcare employees, explains microaggressions and the effect they can have on others, examines why certain remarks are considered microaggressions, and provides guidance for responding to microaggressions in a positive and effective manner.
This course does not meet any continued education requirements that may be required for medical professionals.
