LGBTQ+ Inclusion (Healthcare)

This 15-minute course introduces healthcare workers to some of the issues members of LGBTQ+ community face at work. Learners are taught the impact inappropriate conduct can have and how inclusive work relationships help the team succeed. They also learn the importance of treating everyone with respect, how making assumptions can hurt and how to be an ally. This course does not meet any continued education requirements that may be required for medical professionals.
