Sexual Harassment: Awareness and Protection

This learning module provides an overview of sexual harassment in the workplace, aiming to raise awareness and help employees identify and address inappropriate behaviour. The module emphasises the importance of recognising red flags, understanding the legal definitions under the Equality Act 2010, and preparing for the new Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, which introduces stricter regulations to prevent sexual harassment. Through various scenarios, the module encourages employees to set boundaries, speak up when needed, and understand their rights and responsibilities under the law.
