Section 1- Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace

Section 2- Supervising to Prevent Discrimination & Harassment

This course course highlights the enhanced duties and responsibilities of supervisors in preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. It builds on the assumption that supervisors have completed the general course on Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace or have received equivalent training on related concepts and general employee responsibilities.

Section 3-Bystander Training

Discover the power of bystander intervention- a proactive and positive approach to preventing harm. Whether on your own or as part of a team, learn the skills to step in and make a difference when faced with the risk or potential for sexual harassment. This training is your gateway to understanding the role of a bystander and mastering the art of taking effecting action in challenging situations.

As part of the modern-day workplace, Trúpp is committed to providing an online learning experience that is contemporary, engaging, and practical. This course takes approximately 3 hours to complete and includes reading content, audio, video, and interactive exercises. Knowledge is assessed with a 40-question final exam at the end of the course, which requires a passing score of 80%.
