Handling Reasonable Accommodations in the Workplace

This 30-minute course gives managers an understanding of their role in helping their organization comply with laws that may require accommodations including disability, pregnancy, religious and domestic violence discrimination laws. The course covers what accommodations are, the circumstances that necessitate them, accommodation examples, how to recognize and respond to requests and an understanding of the process involved in reviewing, recommending and implementing accommodations.
