Leadership and Ethics: Code of Conduct

This course series features Lieutenant General Reynold Hoover, a retired three-star Army general who served as the deputy commander of the United States Northern Command (the command that serves as the primary defender against a potential invasion of the United States). General Hoover was also a senior intelligence service officer with the CIA, a Homeland Security Adviser to the White House, Chief of Staff of FEMA and an adviser to the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He also worked as a special agent with the ATF, was a lawyer in private practice and worked as an executive for a Fortune 500 Company.

In this course, listeners will learn more from General Hoover as he discusses the importance of leadership and ethics in business with host Adam Mendler. Together, they talk about how to develop and implement a code of conduct, the role of leadership in setting the tone when it comes to workplace culture and how to foster an ethical culture at work to help listeners work to improve ethical policies within their own organization.
