This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers with utilizing their radios effectively. In an emergency, communication is critical. If your department doesn’t have a consistent approach to radio usage, you may waste precious time. In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, will share tips on radio etiquette and why it‚It’s so important. He’ll also explain how to calm yourself down before communicating during ‚“hot calls‚” and other stressful situations.
