Intervention for Non-Compliance: Using Lethal Force

This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers with understanding non-compliance intervention that warrants lethal force. In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, defines lethal force, and explains the case law that governs it. He will discuss scenarios that may warrant lethal force and highlight real-life scenarios where lethal force was used.
