Peer Intervention

This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers with understanding how to successfully intervene with their peers on the job before critical incidents occur. As a law enforcement officer, you may experience your colleagues getting out of line and putting others‚It’ lives in danger. But what do you do to stop them before it‚It’s too late? In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, will review the Law Enforcement Code of Ethics to remind you of your responsibility to protect and serve the community. you’ll also learn to identify warning signs that peer intervention may be necessary. Finally, you’ll review techniques to prepare to intervene early. By the end of this course, you’ll have the tools to hold yourself and your peers accountable before they get off track.
