Welcome to the course: Strengthening Decision-Making Skills
There are three levels of organization in management – administrative, executive, and operative. These levels have different decision-making requirements.
Based on the level at which they occur, decisions can also be divided into three categories. Strategic decisions determine the direction of an organization. Tactical decisions are those that affect how things are done. Finally, operational decisions are decisions that employees make on a daily basis to keep the organization running.
