Each year, mental health costs the global economy a loss of USD 1 Tn per year in lost productivity. The need of the hour is to have work-life balance and more sustainable ways of working that don’t burn you out in the long run.
Stress and anxiety are usually caused by a lack of boundaries that lead to feelings of being overwhelmed, which can quickly spiral out of control for an already anxious person.
The objective of this course is to enable individuals to find ways to cope with stressful situations at work or in personal life through a combination of techniques, tools and healthy boundaries.
