Planning a Project

In this ‘Planning a Project’ micro-learning course, we cover the steps you can use to plan for the perfect project. From the early, overarching steps of determining the overall project approach, selecting an appropriate time horizon to plan over and the act of progressive elaboration, to the remaining nine planning steps that starts with ‘Decompose’ and ultimately finishes with ‘Approval’. This video-based learning will break down those steps and give you tips to prepare you for each one to maximise your chance of project success.
