Influence in Action

In this ‘Influence in Action’ micro-learning course, we will talk about how ‘influence’ doesn’t actually exist, and is instead a combination of different skills and abilities we all have to varying degrees. In this video-based learning, we will provide you with a series of key questions that you can ask yourself to discover exactly which of those skills and abilities you need to improve, so that you can be more influential, and ultimately, achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
