Taking Responsibility as a Coachee-Mentee

This micro-learning course will help you learn the importance of ‘Taking Responsibility as a Coachee-Mentee’. Coaching or mentoring is not a one-way relationship, it requires cooperation from both sides, and the practical nature of that is explained in this video-based learning. It is not the sole responsibility of the coach to drive the process, it is also the obligation of the coachee to recognise the areas they want to improve and to work with their coach to achieve these goals.
