Gender Identity Awareness

In this micro-learning course, ‘Gender Identity Awareness’, we’ll explore the broad spectrum of gender identity, and the basics of being an ally in the workplace.

Gender identity is often found through a personal and often difficult journey of self-discovery, and it’s important that we respect their findings, their pronouns, and other preferences, and make reasonable workplace adjustments that they may need us to. In this course, we will also discuss LGBTQIA communities, and how we can support them at work through allyship.
