Becoming an Agile Servant Leader’ is a micro-learning course that set outs with the purpose of answering the question: what does the leader of an agile team look like? To unearth the answer, this pill endeavours to explore the concept of the ‘servant leader’. By first beginning with a definition, it goes on to explore why a servant leader is needed and how their role can be defined by the organisation they serve. Organisational agility doesn’t necessarily mean the end of leaders, but it does require their roles to adapt.
