In this module we’ll examine the breadth of diversity - what is it, and what does it include, as well as how to recognize opportunities for creating an inclusive environment, given the diversity that exists. One of your key responsibilities is to create a workplace where people want to come work - and stay. As a manager, it is likely you encounter people with a diverse set of characteristics on a daily basis. Sometimes those people don’t communicate with each other despite their differences and similarities.
