Got Diversity and Inclusion?‚Ñ¢: What Is Diversity and Inclusion?

This course defines both diversity and inclusion and helps each learner understand the differences between being a diverse organization as well as an inclusive one. The course also shows how the M.E.E.T. model can help you address sticky situations within your organization. It’s up to us to take advantage of our differences to help make us more productive and more successful. To do that, we have to make an effort to recognize and respond to situations where coworkers or customers don’t feel respected. It’s not easy but it’s certainly worth the effort.
