Each person is unique; each person perceives the world around him and acts differently. This can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, closed attitudes and inflexibility.

In this course, we will look at how diversity is actually an asset, both for us and the company for which we work. Different perspectives and experiences, despite being conflicting, can lead to improved quality of work and personal well-being if they are integrated correctly!
