In this course, we will describe the evaluation as an exercise of management responsibility. We will explore together the objectives of the evaluation process in organisational contexts. We will consider its value as a motivational and development tool. We will discuss how appraisal can be a key activity to support the individual’s professional and personal development, to encourage prospects, and to steer behaviour and individual actions.
