Service Simulations: The Terminator – Handle Threatening Phone Calls

Gain the necessary skills to handle threatening calls in a professional manner. This course will help to prepare you in advance for these difficult situations. Although these encounters may be rare, it’s important to be ready when they do occur. We’ll demonstrate how to calmly handle threatening calls in the best possible way, ensuring professionalism and sound judgment. We’ll also touch upon the importance of following your organization’s incident plan and guidelines in these types of situations. This course is part of the interactive ServiceSims Challenge Series. It consists of customer service scenarios designed to test your knowledge and provide tips for handling difficult customer situations. Prior mastery of the Telephone Doctor series is recommended. Complete the course quiz with 80 percent or higher and receive a certificate of completion.
