Service Matters: Introduction (American English)

Learn the important aspects of customer service through the thoughts and experiences of customer service superstars who have made it their career to meet the needs of others. For this course we surveyed hundreds of customer service representatives and assembled 6 individuals from various backgrounds to discuss their profession and what drives them. Listening to these experts will give you an understanding of what it takes to be a service superstar.

The course examines what inspired these chosen individuals to become customer service representatives. You will hear what motivates them and what traits they developed to be successful in their respective industries. In addition to gaining valuable customer service insight, once you complete the course quiz with a score of 80 percent or higher you’ll also receive a certificate of completion.
