Service Matters: Motivation to Excel

Motivation is a powerful thing. Understanding what motivates you to excel in a customer service role and gain insight into your strengths and their value to your organization. This course invites you to the conversation of 6 “service superstars” as they discuss what motivates them to succeed. In addition to expected motivators such as promotions and monetary rewards, these seasoned service providers also discuss important qualities including a genuine desire to help others. The significance of retaining existing customers and the benefit to an organization is also covered.

This course is part of the Service Matters Roundtable Series. Tips from these service experts will help you to excel in a customer service role. Pass the quiz at the end of this course with 80 percent or higher and receive a certificate of completion.
