By utilizing the S.M.A.R.T. method, you’ll clearly illustrate to team members what is required of them and set objectives that they can achieve. When objectives are planned they are more likely to be met, and your company will benefit. Complete the course quiz with a score of 80 percent or higher and receive a certificate of completion.
