This program identifies and highlights 7 characteristics and traits of people who demonstrate excellent customer service.

Our responsibility is to provide every customer with exceptional customer service. The goal of this course is to identify specific behaviors and characteristics present in people who provide excellent service.

Participants who successfully complete this course will have the ability to: Understand the seven characteristics required to provide excellent service, recognize how providing excellent service gives the organization a competitive edge, conduct a personal self-assessment of their own service mentality, gain knowledge and insight into the behaviors required to demonstrate a ‚Äúservice mentality” and apply the behaviors exemplified by each characteristic to their specific work situation
