Speaking Up: We Are Listening

Speaking up, sometimes called whistleblowing, helps organizations to maintain a safe, ethical, and trusted workplace. This microlearning was created to address the European Union directive to enable whistleblowers to report concerns and also to provide them with protection. However, it is also suitable for learners worldwide. Learners are introduced to the concept of whistleblowing, who can be a whistleblower, and common areas where one might need to report a concern. They explore the appropriate situations to speak up, how to do so, and what is involved in the process.
