Managing Remote Teams: Addressing Performance Problems

Just as in face-to-face workplaces, team leaders will be tasked with addressing gaps in expected performance with their employees in a hybrid environment. While a face-to-face meeting is the ideal place to have a conversation about not meeting agreed outcomes, this isn’t always possible. By preparing the employee for the meeting and structuring the conversation around the CEDAR approach, team leaders can effectively address performance problems with hybrid workers. The goal of this course is to provide guidance to team leaders on how best to address performance problems in a hybrid work environment.
