Neurodiversity at Work: 02. What Is It?

Neurodiversity is a less-often considered type of diversity that is present in the workplace. Increasing our understanding of neurodiversity will strengthen our organization and, at the same time, allow our neurodivergent colleagues to perform to their potential.
