Silica Awareness: Silica Prevention

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of monitoring and controlling crystalline silica exposure in workplaces. Covering the determination of exposure levels, OSHA regulations, and the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE), participants will learn about written exposure control plans, competent persons’ roles, and additional measures to safeguard workers. Emphasis is placed on recognizing pre-existing health conditions and ensuring effective record-keeping.
