Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – Orientation

This course explores the challenges and opportunities that arise in our interconnected world. With increased exposure to diverse perspectives, especially in the workplace, understanding and respecting different cultures and opinions become crucial. This course addresses the potential conflicts, barriers, and discriminatory actions that may arise due to lack of experience or exposure to various viewpoints. It emphasizes the need for organizations to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to create a positive impact. The training aims to equip participants with knowledge about DEI, implicit bias, prejudice, and microaggressions, as well as deep learning tactics to promote a more inclusive and harmonious workplace.
