Customer Service in Senior Dining: Side Work

This course covers pre-meal preparations in the dining room in anticipation of the needs of guests and residents during a meal service with an important emphasis on efficiency and avoiding cross-contamination by limiting the need to go back and forth from dining room to kitchen.
