CMS Food Service: Core Competencies – Adaptive Equipment

This course is overview of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for having adaptive equipment for guests. It highlights the role of the occupational therapist in training a resident to use adaptive equipment, as well as demonstrates various equipment options available and why they are useful.
