Culinary: Basics – Flat Top Griddle – Cooking Chicken, Beef Patties, and Pork Chops

This course demonstrates cooking chicken, beef patties and pork chops simultaneously using a flat top griddle. Also includes a reminder on required temperatures for cooked meat, when to turn the meat and when to take off the heat.
