Halloween (U.S.)

Children and adults of all ages celebrate Halloween as a fun day filled with costumes, lots of candy, and spooky events. But did you know that Halloween is also a time to support children in need around the world? In this course, you’ll learn the difference between Halloween and All Hallows’ Eve, two days that many people believe to be the same holiday. You’ll also explore the origins of Halloween and how they shaped the American Halloween tradition. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to identify ways to make Halloween both fun and meaningful.
