Leaders and managers are usually the driving force behind starting an Employee Resource Group (ERG) program at their company. However, as a leader, you’ve probably asked this common question: which ERGs should my company have? In this course, you’ll learn the process for selecting ERGs by assessing your organizational readiness, crafting a survey for data collection, and using the survey results to help you choose ERGs. After this course, you will have a general process to get you started in identifying the most appropriate ERGs for an ERG program that will benefit your employees and organization.
