ERG Leadership Essentials

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are part of many organizations’ diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. But the passionate and hardworking employees who lead ERGs don’t always receive the training or resources to be effective in their roles. In this course, aimed at individual contributors who lead ERGs, you’ll learn eleven strategies that can produce a more impactful ERG.
