Arab American Heritage Month (U.S.)

There are almost 4 million Arab Americans in the United States, and they have contributed much to the history and culture of the United States. Learning about and celebrating cultures different from your own is a way to foster inclusion, empathy, and allyship in both your work environment and community. In this course, you’ll be provided with an overview of the significance and origins of Arab American Heritage Month (AAHM) and be introduced to influential Arab Americans in U.S. history. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to identify ways to participate in the observation.
