Identifying Microaggressions

Microaggressions occur everywhere and that includes the workplace. When they occur in the workplace, they can create an environment of exclusion, rather than one of inclusion. But you may be asking yourself the following question: How can I identify one when it happens? This course will help you practice identifying and evaluating when a microaggression is committed by performing your own litmus test. During the course, you will practice using this method, which you can then apply to your workplace.
