Bribery and Improper Incentives (Foundation)

Bribery in the business sector continues to remain a widespread and costly problem throughout the world. Society pays a heavy price for the misdeeds of business and government officials that engage in this problem behavior.

This course addresses commercial bribery, bribery involving government officials, use of intermediaries in business transactions, and the role of records and internal controls in aiding or stopping bribery.
