Hazard Communication

This Hazard Communication Awareness course covers the basic elements of OSHA’s Hazard Communication (often referred to as Hazcom or right to understand law). This course is intended to familiarize workers with the basics of OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), including the 2012 revisions incorporating the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), and help them meet the basic training requirements for HazCom.

At the end of the course, workers will complete a quiz that drills them about GHS pictogram hazard associations.
