Inclusion@Work – Insider-Outsider Dynamics: Breaking the Cycle of the Status Quo

You are uniquely you, but at the same time you share Dimensions of Differences with others. The combination of those group memberships influences your experiences and thus your uniqueness while also influencing how others see you. Insider-Outsider Dynamics is a way of understanding how perceptions and power dynamics related to those group memberships can operate to both include and exclude individuals on a team or organizational level.
In this course, you will learn more about Dimensions of Difference and how they apply in a business context. You will also learn to recognize Insider-Outsider Dynamics - and find out how to break the cycle of the status quo to move toward inclusion in a quicker, more effective way.
