In the third and final module in the “Inclusive Hiring” series, we are at the critical stage of making a selection decision. This is the point of a significant investment of resources, so, of course, you want to make the best possible decision. Participants will understand the sorts of dynamics that can impact or cloud this decision and learn to apply inclusive practices that ensure decisions are based on objective criteria rather than unconscious biases.
