Pronto Spanish: Appointments & Schedules

“Pronto Spanish: Appointments & Schedules” seeks to bridge the communication gap between those needing to schedule and make appointments and their Spanish-speaking patients, clients, and employees. Topics include Spanish numbers, days of the week, months of the year, saying the date and time, and learning how to talk about work shifts. Learn the vocabulary topics separately and then build on each in order to put them into phrases you will need to talk about the date and time of appointments and/or work shifts. This mini-course will be especially helpful to receptionists, schedulers, and managers.
