The Anti-discimination course covers U.S. federal anti-discrimination laws and their impact on compliance in the workplace. As managers, colleagues and other professionals, it’s crucial to understand and abide by these laws to create a fair and inclusive work environment for all employees. Failing to comply with these laws can result in severe consequences, including costly lawsuits, financial penalties, damage to company reputation, and decreased employee morale and productivity.

This course will provide an overview of US federal anti-discrimination laws and their impact on workplace compliance, and teach managers and colleagues to better understand their responsibilities in creating and maintaining an equitable, non-discriminatory work environment.
