This course focuses on equipping non-client-facing employees with the skills to effectively participate in remote client meetings.
More client meetings than ever are taking place remotely.
Because it’s relatively easy for someone to join a remote meeting, it’s increasingly common for traditionally non-client-facing employees to be brought into client meetings, in order to demonstrate their expertise or solve a problem that relates to their role.
